Guests begin with a warm hi‑tea experience in a traditional Kampong Ayer home, followed by a guided walk through the historic water village to observe daily life. The visit continues at the Kampong Ayer Cultural and Tourism Gallery, offering insights into the heritage of this iconic stilted community. The journey then moves along the Brunei River and nearby mangroves in search of Proboscis Monkeys and other wildlife.
