Once you are registered, we take care of the paperwork: your Umrah visa and travel insurance are arranged by our team. Then drop by our office to collect your free Umrah kit: cabin luggage, drawstring bag, luggage cover and more.

Before departure, we gather our pilgrims for an Umrah course. Our religious guides walk you through every rite, and our team briefs you on the flights, hotels and what to pack. Every question is welcome, so you fly with confidence.

At advance check-in, our airport support staff meet you at the drop-off and carry your luggage from your car to the check-in counter. On the day you fly, our team is there to see the group off, so you start the journey calm and unhurried.
